In University Life (UL) Professional Development, we are committed to enhancing the UL staff experience and fostering a vibrant community of colleagues in University Life at George Mason University. Through innovative, high-quality workplace programs and resources, we support both individual and organizational success, catering to existing and emerging learning and development needs. Our goal is to cultivate a thriving, engaged employee experience, promote workplace well-being, and contribute to student success every day.

What We Do:

University Life (UL) at George Mason University is committed to student growth, and success in everything students do. UL Professional Development provides support and service to UL staff to ensure this work can take place. Our team seeks to provide learning opportunities to support individual growth, team development, and competency skill building to all units in University Life.
